Volunteer Landing Marina is located at mile marker 648 on Loudoun Lake. The full service marina is home to the Vol Navy and Fort Loudon Lake Association, Volunteer Princess dinner cruise line and Volunteer Boat Rentals. Amenities include covered boat slips, electric, water, cable tv hook ups, transcient space, ship store, boat rentals, pontoons, paddle boats, wave runners, fuel dock with ethanol-free 87 octane unleaded gas and diesel, pump out station and more.

Volunteer Landing is Knoxville's only Downtown marina and home of Pirate's Cove Tiki Bar with access to Neyland Stadium and the 3 mile Riverwalk. Nearby is the University of Tennessee campus, Downtown Market Square, Gay Street and the Old City.
